Serving the regular a la carte menu plus three additional romantic a la carte specials in the spirit of the occasion. They are Citrus Crusted Sea Scallop Appetizer with Celery Root and Cauliflower Puree and Blood Orange Butter Sauce; Seared Foie Gras Appetizer with Vanilla Poached Pear and Port Syrup; Grilled Mahi Mahi Chimichurri with Asparagus Spears and Creamy White Polenta; Lobster Ravioli with Morel Mushrooms, Asparagus and Chervil Cream Sauce; Persian Spiced Lamb Top Sirloin with Dried Fruit and Pine nut Israeli Cous Cous and Satsuma Mandarin Demi-Glace; and, for dessert, Meringue Heart with Chocolate and Strawberry Mint Compote; Passion Fruit and Lemon Cheesecake; and Espresso Crème Brulee.

In addition to their regular a la carte menu, Spenger’s will be offering some Valentine’s Day a la carte specials that will include Lobster Thermidor, Top Sirloin Oscar, Stuffed salmon, and cold water Lobster Tail. There will also be special Valentine’s Day desserts plus a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry for every guest. Hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
