Plumed Horse Chef Peter Armellino's Cooking Classes Start Saturday, April 25th

Plumed Horse Executive Chef Peter Armellino and his staff will begin a cooking class series on Saturday, April 25th followed by a Saturday, May 16th date. Classes are from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and feature a cooking demonstration and samplings by Chef Armellino and his staff, including Pastry Chef Jon Kristie. Wine will be served and wine pairing suggestions made throughout the classes. Participants will take home all of the ingredients needed to prepare the demonstrated featured dish for four people, plus dessert. The cost is $125.00 per student plus tax.
