Serving the regular a la carte menu, plus a four-course Wild Game prix fixe menu for $50.00, all available from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM throughout Father’s Day weekend, June 19 through June 21. Prix fixe entrée choices will include Roasted Guinea Hen with caramelized carrots, sunburst squash and bulb leeks in a thyme demiglace with savory bread pudding; Roasted Venison with rosemary red potatoes, sautéed baby bell peppers and fava beans in an apricot cabernet reduction; or Braised Boar with porcini and portobello mushroom gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and fried zucchini blossoms.
