Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto Hosts “One Fermented Evening” on November 19

Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto will host a Thursday, November 19 “One Fermented Evening,” a special dinner beginning at 6:30 PM.

The $75.00 inclusive prix fixe menu, prepared by Spenger's Executive Chef Devon Boisen, will consist of five courses, each paired with an appropriate libation. Diners will enjoy Toasted Bay Shrimp with Israel Couscous and Moroccan Relish; White Anchovy Terrine with Cucumber Salad and Tomato Water; Pan Seared Day Boat Scallops with Pesto Butter Beans and Orange Marmalade; Potato Crusted Dover Sole with Braised Red Cabbage and Short Ribs; and Tiramisu with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Spenger’s Fresh Fish Grotto has been one of the Bay Area’s best-known culinary destination points for over 110 years.
