Plumed Horse Hosts Tablas Creek Vineyard Wine Maker Dinner on Wed., July 1
Plumed Horse Executive Chef/Owner Peter Armellino and Jason Haas, General Manager of Tablas Creek Vineyard, will present a $135.00 six-course prix fixe menu on Wednesday, July 1 beginning at 7:00 pm.
The cost of the dinner excludes tax and gratuity and advance reservations are required.
Based in Paso Robles, Tablas Creek Vineyard is a joint effort of Robert Haas and the Perrin family of Chateau de Beaucastel from France's Chateauneuf-du-pape region. At Tablas Creek, organically farmed Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Counoise, Roussanne, Viognier, Picpoul Blanc, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc are hand harvested and blended at the winery.
