Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto will host a Thursday, December 3 “Meyer Lemon One Fermented Evening,” a special dinner beginning at 6:30 PM.
The $60.00 inclusive prix fixe menu, prepared by Spenger's Executive Chef Devon Boisen, will consist of five courses, each paired with an appropriate libation. Diners will enjoy Dungeness Crab Sandwich with Meyer Lemon Aioli on Grilled Sour Dough Bread; House Smoked Salmon Terrine with Meyer Lemon Crème Fraiche; Seared Hawaiian Ono with Meyer Lemon and Citrus Salad, Bloomsdale Spinach and Cabbage; Braised Beef Stew with Meyer Lemon Confit, Red Potatoes, and Roasted Red Peppers; and Meyer Lemon Soufflé with Shortbread Cookies.
