The Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill in Oakland has introduced a Prime Rib Monday Night Menu.
Every Monday evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. the restaurant will offer three different sized cuts of prime rib, each served with classic accompaniments, with prices beginning at $20.00. The meat is 21-day-aged Nebraskan corn-fed prime rib that is roasted at 600 degrees in a high temperature oven to produce a seasoned crust and then finished at 200 degrees to ensure tenderness.
The Gondola Cut is priced at $20.00, the Chalet Cut at $24.00, and the Sail Boat Cut at $28.00. A children's prime rib dinner is also available for $13.00.
Accompaniments that come with the prime rib dinners include seasonal dressed greens, creamed spinach with bacon, Yorkshire pudding, mashed or baked potato, and fresh cream of horseradish sauce.
The Lake Chalet wine list has recently been updated and includes vintages that pair well with prime rib. The restaurant continues to serve an intriguing selection of classic, contemporary and original signature cocktails.
